Orders placed on business days will be packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Weekend & holiday orders will be processed the next working day. Pre-order items ship on the specific date marked on product pages.

  2. International shipping lines: 7–20 business days; remote regions may take an extra 5–10 days
  3. All delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays from customs clearance or local courier backlogs are not eligible for compensation.

Shipping Fee Standards

  1. Free standard shipping applies to all orders over [fill your minimum order value]; a flat base delivery fee is charged for orders below this threshold.
  2. Expedited express shipping requires extra surcharges, auto-calculated at checkout. Oversized/heavy items carry overweight shipping fees.

Customs & Import Duties

All international import taxes, VAT and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient, subject to local customs authority standards.

Tracking & Lost Parcels

  1. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email after dispatch for real-time delivery tracking on our website.
  2. If tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, check local courier offices, neighbors or property management first. Contact support within 7 days for further investigation.
  3. If a parcel is confirmed lost with no long-term tracking updates, we will resend items or issue a full product refund (original shipping fees non-refundable).

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse package delivery without valid justification, all round-trip shipping charges will be deducted from your final refund amount.
